there are a couple good real estate agents in and around cody. had 3 out of all of them try for us finding land to build. tried for many many years. i guess all but one gave up trying to find what we were looking for. one constantly sent us what was available. when we got desperate we had a talk with eric paul he thought for a bit and said he had a friend who might sell a few acres. he called him and he said he would and eric gave us directions as we were only 7 miles from that location. we drove there and said that was a nice chunk of land to build on. we met with the owners on the land and he was a straight up guy! between the owner, eric the agent in the middle and us we worked out the details in short order with ease! i mean ease! eric didnt play the game of the old car salesman routine. he honestly was the middle man and gave both us and the owner true advise. we ended up finally buying the land and from the day of signing it was ours in 14 days! what a pleasure working with eric! not only is he an agent he is now a friend as well as the with the land owner! only in wyoming!. try finding this kind people in other states! it just dont happen.

Eric has been awesome to deal with. He has shown me a lot of properties and currently has a home for sale in Byron listed for us and everything has been seamless and he always communicates well.
